Multi-Channel Branding Strategy

The Stark Boyd team serves the greater DFW Capital Investment market with plans of expanding throughout the state and it was such an honor to work with them to craft a reflective brand together from the ground up. The team was transitioning into a new direction for their business model, adding new team members, and diversifying their knowledge-base.

This project presented a few unique design challenges (as every custom branding project does). Although we were creating the team’s own brand, we were working around the Colliers International brand standards which were quite strict. In the absence of any existing visual strategies, we evaluated the current state of the collateral and experimented with various graphical elements. During this exploration, we validated style directions with the full team, pulling in additional voices throughout the office for outside viewpoints.

The aesthetic was clean and sterile feeling experience for the prospective clients. The majority of the collateral we would be creating would be utilized as templates for monthly touches to clients or for pitch related materials where the properties/portfolios need to shine through.  Transitioning the word sterile into subtle created an airy, but trustworthy foundation. Adding in a bold, simple, easy to read type treatment rounded out the simplicity.

Implementation Examples

Together, we crafted a truly unique brand that will stand out in a saturated industry where branding is often overlooked and I’m so proud of the final result and how we have already put it into action.
